Frequently asked
Does Preferd change my store automatically? No. AI suggestions are only applied when you click to apply them, and you can revert any applied change.
Will it touch my customer or order data? No. Preferd only reads and writes product data; it does not access customers, orders or payment details.
How do I cancel? Cancel anytime from the Pricing page in the app or from your Shopify admin. Billing stops at the end of the current period.
What happens to my data if I uninstall? We permanently delete your store’s data. See our Privacy Policy.
